the brain of the dealership.
Your DMS already knows everything — every unit, every dollar of floorplan interest, every deal going stale. DealerIQ reads it every hour, watches every competing listing in the country, and tells your team exactly where the money is. Then it counts what you recover, on a ledger, in your own numbers.
it reads. it watches. it finds. it proves.
No data entry. No new process. No one at the store lifts a finger — DealerIQ works with the systems you already run and the data you already have.
Your DMS, hourly
A read-only connection to your Lightspeed DMS syncs units, parts, deals, and service — every hour, automatically. It cannot write, change, or break anything. Ever.
The national market, nightly
Every night it scans the listings your customers compare you against — every competing unit in the country — and computes your exact price position, model by model.
The money, daily
Aged units bleeding floorplan interest. Units priced under cost. Units you could raise and still be the cheapest in America. Stuck deals. Dead stock. Each with a dollar figure and a reason.
Itself, always
Every action your team takes writes to a savings ledger. The recovered total sits in the corner of every screen — measured dollars, with the math one hover away.
| Unit | Age | Yours | Market low | Position | Suggested | Why |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2026 AR250 | 63d | $78,499 | $71,999 | #9 of 10 | $70,999 | Cut $7,500 to beat the national low among 9 listings. |
| 2026 252SD | 205d $1,356/mo floor | $107,999 | $106,999 | #4 of 8 | $103,499 | Floored 205 days — carry cost added $2,712 of urgency to the cut. |
| 2026 195S | 34d | $49,999 | $52,490 | #1 lowest | $51,999 | You're $2,491 under the next-cheapest in the country — raise and stay #1. |

- Read-only by design. DealerIQ cannot write to your DMS — your business systems stay exactly as they are.
- Your data stays yours. Every export, worklist, and report belongs to the dealership — including if you leave.
- Honest numbers only. No comps? It says "needs a source." Every estimate carries its assumption. It never invents a figure to look smart.
- Role-scoped logins for owner, GM, sales, service, parts, detail — each department sees its own board.
priced against what it finds, not what it costs.
At our flagship dealership, DealerIQ quantified $51,731/month of floorplan interest bleed in its first day. The platform fee is under 5% of that number. This is not a software expense — it's the cheapest employee you'll ever hire, and it works nights.

straight answers.
Which DMS does it work with?
Lightspeed EVO today, via Lightspeed's official third-party data program. The data subscription (~$145/mo) is between you and Lightspeed — it's your data, on your account, and it stays that way. Additional DMS integrations are on the roadmap.
Can it break our DMS or our website?
No — and not as a promise, as an architecture. The DMS connection is read-only at the API level: DealerIQ can look, never touch. It runs on our infrastructure, completely separate from your website and your in-store systems.
How long does onboarding take?
Days, not months. You authorize the data connection, we map your inventory (including the factory-code chaos every DMS accumulates), your team gets logins, and the boards fill with your real numbers. Most stores see their first findings the same week.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. Your team keeps pricing, selling, and wrenching exactly as they do now — DealerIQ just tells them where the money is and keeps score. The pricing worklist even exports in the same spreadsheet format stores already use.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep every export, worklist, and report generated while you were live. Your DMS was never modified, so there's nothing to unwind. We part as friends and you keep the paper.
Is there a pilot?
For qualifying dealerships we run a 60-day pilot with defined success metrics read from the platform's own ledger — dollars recovered, market positions gained, carry reduced. The results make the decision, not the sales pitch.
A demo isn't slides — it's your market. Tell us your store and we'll show you what the platform sees on day one.
