how care plans work.
What happens if my website goes down?
We check every site on a care plan every 10 minutes, around the clock. Most of the time we know something is wrong before you do — and we're already fixing it. If an update we performed causes the problem, we restore from backup at no charge.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Care plans are month-to-month, billed on the 1st by auto-pay. Cancel with 30 days notice and we hand you a complete backup of your site and help you move it. Your site is yours — always.
My website was built by someone else. Can you still take care of it?
Usually, yes. WordPress is our home turf — most sites we care for run on it. We start with a quick review of how the site is built, tell you honestly what shape it's in, and take over hosting and care from there. If it needs work before it's worth maintaining, we'll say so — with a number attached. Not on WordPress? Ask anyway — we take other platforms case by case.
What counts as a change vs. a bigger project?
Small changes — hours, prices, photos, staff, copy edits — are included in the flat $250/mo plan, with no clock running on a text swap or a new photo. When a request is really a project — a redesign, a new page, an online store, a new feature — we quote it first, then bill at $150/hr or a fixed price for the whole job. You always know the number before work starts.
