Behind us is a small team of builders, systems thinkers, and the AI systems we've taught to do the repetitive work. We stay small on purpose. Justin has spent most of his career inside operations that don't make it into business school case studies — high-volume, high-stakes, and running harder than the systems underneath them can handle.
He worked the mortgage industry during the Las Vegas boom years, where the margin for operational error was zero and the back office either kept up or you lost deals. He learned early that the difference between a business that compounds and one that bleeds isn't the product — it's whether anyone is actually running the operation.
After the Maui wildfires ended the chapter he'd built there, he landed in Missouri and did what he always does: looked at what was broken and started building the fix. hollerback. is that fix.
Mason has spent his entire life at the Lake of the Ozarks and knows how business actually works here — not in the abstract, but deal by deal, handshake by handshake. He grew up in this market, built relationships across it, and knows who to call when something needs to get done.
By day he runs sales and general operations at one of the region's most established dealerships — next in line to take the wheel, a position he's earned, not inherited. On the side, he's been quietly building a commercial and residential rental portfolio, because he understands that real wealth compounds in assets, not activity.
